What clinics ask first
Do patients need to download an app?
No. MyndfulPal runs in the phone’s web browser. Patients can add it to their home screen so it opens like any other app.
Which wearables work?
Fitbit and Oura. Patients without one can still check in every day and enter readings from a home blood pressure cuff.
Can it monitor heart-failure patients after discharge?
Yes, for 30 days from the discharge date. Patients send their discharge papers and answer six questions with a weigh-in each morning. Changes open one episode per patient in Needs review, where a nurse assesses, continues monitoring, resolves or escalates, and signs a note the AI drafts. How it works after discharge
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. It reads discharge papers and drafts nursing notes and summaries, and a person checks each one: a nurse verifies every field it reads and signs every note. Alert and episode levels come from fixed rules your clinic can see and adjust.
Can our staff read companion conversations?
No. Your team sees a short daily summary and any safety alert. The database blocks staff from the conversations themselves, and patients are told this before they start.
Can we change the alert limits?
Yes. Set defaults for your clinic, such as the blood pressure limit or how many missed check-ins count, then adjust them for any patient.
Is MyndfulPal HIPAA compliant?
Not yet. We’re finishing the agreements, policies and reviews needed to sign a Business Associate Agreement and handle real patient data. Until then, MyndfulPal runs with test data only. Ask us for the current status on your demo call.
